Handicapped accessible = no carpeting Located in a very active over 55 retirement park/All electric - choice of electric companies. Our park has lots of activities from dancing, ping pong. pickleball, biking, stainedglass , rock club, ceramics, computer classes, one heated indoor pool and hot tub, exercise room, outdoor heated pool, billards, shuffleboard, all kinds of card games - plenty tokeep you busy as much as you want to be. Rent which includes water, garbage and use of all the facilities is about$3000. per year for the lot. The lot has an orange tree, tangerine tree and lemon tree. My husband juices the fruit and he says there is no way you can drink it dry. Other neighbors have ruby red grapefruit and there is plenty tp go around. We came here 7 years ago and are just moving to a larger place in the same park so we can stay here pretty much year around.
