Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, and there is a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined). No Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are allowed. Only dogs are permitted. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
