A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are included per reservation with provided parking codes. Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar are literally downstairs. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
