This 1,000 sqft condo has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Complimentary coffee is provided, and there is a washer and dryer available on each floor for $2 per load. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Access to the fitness center and one complimentary parking spot per reservation are included. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately for a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined), dogs only, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breeds]. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar are downstairs. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, and Renaissance Plaza. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
