Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. One complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade right downstairs. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, and Renaissance Plaza. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
