This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined, dogs only, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds) are allowed. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations.
