Pets are welcome, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar are downstairs. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed. No outside guests are permitted without permission. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
