Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Located in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk, this apartment is near major attractions such as the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar. Other walkable or nearby attractions include the Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined, dogs only, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs) are allowed, with an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on stay length. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
