This 1,000 sqft condo has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a smart-tv with streaming apps installed. Guests also have access to complimentary coffee and a fitness center. There is a washer and dryer available on each floor for $2 per load. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. One complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately for a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined). Located in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk, the major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
