Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is also in the Showboat building, offering arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined, dogs only, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds) are allowed, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
