Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include the Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There are no parties allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. Guests may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
