Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Fitness center access and two complimentary parking spots per reservation are included. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars available at all hours. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas; any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined, dogs only, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds) are allowed. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
