A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and certain breeds are prohibited. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
