This listing is a booking for two units that are close together, if not side by side, though they are not connected, each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). Suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers, it has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in this 1,000 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. There are bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, and a washer and dryer on each floor that you can pay for by app at $2 per load. One complimentary parking spot is available per reservation. Additional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), are offered for an additional fee. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
