This will be determined on a case by case basis. *Additional pet deposit and fees required. No smoking on property. $35 application fee per adult to cover (Credit/Background check). $1650 per month plus a 1-month security deposit. Credit report: Minimum 580 credit score, no history of late payments, liens, judgments, collections, evictions, foreclosures (or bankruptcies: last 7 years). 3. Current employment and make at least 2.5 times the monthly rent in income. Minimum income for this unit is $4,150/month. Tenant pays trash, water, gas, electric. Extra fee for pets.
