My bones are good....yes they are old and my appearance needs a little touching up but I'm ready to have a new fresh look. I'm ready for someone to take hold of me and give me some love. I have 1 bedroom on the first floor and if you don't mind walking through a room to get to the upstairs I could have another bedroom on the main floor. There are two bigger rooms upstairs you could have two bedrooms up there. I have a living room, dining room and kitchen. My front porch and rear porch are enclosed. All my appliances are staying even the washer. Part of my back yard is fenced and I have a dandy car port to keep your car from the weather. I have a nice clean basement.
