DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE, Owner will hit you with hidden charges, her son vandalizes tenants cars and takes up their parking spaces without permission, he is constantly picking fights with tenants, she will NOT give you deposit back after leaving, she will blame all apartment issues on you even if they arent within you responsibility, the apartment is infested with roaches and rats all of which she does nothing to exterminate, she will have you sign contract for the first time but when its up and you decide to stay longer she will say you dont need contract, she refuses to make contracts for any tenant, she is refusing to make contracts for EXISTING tenants assuring them they dont need a contract so she can later charge fees for everything and not give you deposit back STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE DO YOURSELVES THAT FAVOR, Police cannot do anything to stop her from doing this.
