Welcome to this Fixer-Upper, Hobby Farm. This cape cod has three bedrooms, one on the first floor, one bathroom and hardwood floors, a dry basement and a newer hot water heater. Just picture it - looking out your kitchen window at your goat house with goats frolicking in their goat yard or looking out your picture window at that amazing view! The property has four barns, the one in the back is a more recent pole barn. The roof on the main barn is newer. House is being sold AS IS, because she needs some love, but she’s got lots of potential. Owner is negotiable on acreage.
