This is a fully-furnished apartment including furniture, LCD TVs, refrigerator, fully-equipped kitchen washer-dryer, cooking range etc. It is ready for move-in with all towels, linen etc provided. There is well-equipped kitchen with pots, pans and dishes. We do not provide unfurnished rental. This apartment is in a very safe gated resort, with 24 x 7 security at entrance and single point of entrance/ exit. Each and every visitor is registered and their ID verified. My tenants would receive a proximity card so they can skip the lines and go straight through Owner's lane. We only accept small dogs below 40 lbs and cats. Please check with us if you plan to bring any pet with you. There is a monthly pet fee of $150 for first pet and $100 for second pet. We would not be renting the home unfurnished. Discounts available for long-term renters. Owner pays for trash, sewer, cable TV and wifi. Tenant pays for electricity only.
