We moved in in 2015 and have been renovating ever since. New roof in 2017. Patio addition (with re-bar) in 2017. Kitchen layout updated 2017. Both baths remodeled 2018. New flooring in baths (wood-look luxury vinyl) and bedrooms (carpet) 2018. Kitchen cabinets refinished, countertops re-done, lighting added, and flooring replaced (wood-look luxury vinyl) in 2018. New windows throughout in February 2022. All walls and ceilings have fresh, updated paint. We will replace flooring in all three living areas when we sell (maybe as early as 2022).
