It's located down a quiet cul-de-sac off 271 and hard to find. The entry way is across from the entrance of Cophers Boats. My sign is at the entry way and unit is 300 feet back off highway so you don't hear the traffic. Energy efficient and well insulated and all you have is a electric bill. I pay the water and sanitation and take care of the yard. Has a deck off the back entrance for bbq and if you smoke, please smoke there. No washer and dryer hookups but there is a laundromat on Hwy 271 just 600 feet away. Has several ceiling fans and a large walk in closet with shelves. Will not accomendate large sectional sofas or king size beds. A queen, full or twin bed fits in bedroom comfortably. Just minutes to the interstate at exit 14 and almost on the Oklahoma border. There is a CV's grocery store there, liquor store and convenience store within walking distance. Cable, internet wi-fi and satellite TV is available. This is a very quiet place to be and if you work third shift, you should sleep like a baby. Please call me for a showing and please show up or call 30 minutes before to cancel.
