8105 Pacific Cove drive100% identical home to mine in better condition sold on 2/25/2021 for $450,000 then they gutted it to bare walls remodeled it, had contractors work on it day and night for three months put a ton of money into it then sold it on 5/20/2021 for $612,650. 8109 Pacific Cove Drive which is 300 sq feet smaller than mine but in much better condition just sold on 10/1/21 for $440,000. Both of these are right across the street from my home yet you have my run- down home listed at $654,500.???? please re-list it corretly thank you Jim
