It features two living spaces, a modern kitchen and laundry room on the first floor and a master bedroom suite with full bath and loft space on the second. Natural light pours into every room through a series of strategically placed windows, skylight, and sliding doors. The sliding door offer a view of the garden from the kitchen and living room. This urban carriage house is truly one of downtown Louisville's most unique and inviting environments. The house was designed by celebrated architect Jeffery Rawlins and was presented the American Institute of Architects Design Excellence Award in 2015. Owner pays trash, sewer and landscaping.
