ROOF WAS REPLACED 1 YEAR AGO. Double tray ceiling in main living area, tray ceiling in kitchen and dining room too. Kitchen is updated with white wood cabinetry with GRANITE countertops, stainless appliances and an island. Bathrooms were updated with white cabinetry, marble, walk in tile showers and clawfoot tub. Huge foyer area! Such a great backyard with an inground pool, surrounded with cool decking so it won't be hot on your bare feet. Pool liner was replaced in 5 years ago, pump was replaced in February. pool vacuum is new and are staying with house. Owners ''think'' there is parquet wood flooring under carpet. Sellers are excluded from the property disclosure because they have never lived in the house. They also do not want to do repairs. House is in very good condition but could use some updates.
