We have an empty room in a 5bed/2bath house. Rent is $200. The room will be available Aug 4th. In order to move in, you need first month's and last month's (security deposit) rent. There is no lease. If you give two weeks notice before you move out, you get your security deposit back. This room shares a bathroom with two other roommates. 2 requirements:1. You have to be able to pay rent upfront (when you move in) and every month, as well as 1/5 of the utilities (be prepared to sign a contract. We've been screwed on utilities one too many times, so if you can't pay you will be evicted.) 2. You need to clean up after yourself. Dishes, pitching in on house cleaning. If you can manage these, welcome home. Landlady says no pets. We are a mix of students and recently graduated so we're welcoming students to apply.
