The large 4 bedroom house is in a gated community off of Bandera Road close to 1604 and I10. The house has a large kitchen, two living areas, two dining areas and a huge back yard. There is a big laundry room off off the kitchen making it convenient and away from the bedrooms to keep it quiet. There is a wood deck with seating in the backyard. Renter is responsible for all utilities (water, gas, cable, etc.). The renter must abide by the HOA rules/regulations. There is no smoking in the home. The photos show a rolling island in the kitchen which belongs to the current renter. All appliances are included except for the refrigerator. I have my own application process/fee apart from Zillow.
