I am looking for a subletter for my apartment at 8115 Greenbelt Station Pkwy. The room will be available for move-in starting in early April. The lease lasts until the end of July and the subletter would have the option to join the lease at that point. The room has a walk-in closet and shares a bathroom with one of the other roommates. The apartment has a garage and street parking is also available. The apartment has two large living rooms, and the kitchen has modern appliances. I am attaching pictures of the apartment and the available room. Rent is $960/month, which includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. The apartment is a 10 15 minute bike ride the University of Maryland campus and there are WMATA bus stops within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is in a relatively quiet neighborhood. There are two male roommates who live at the apartment as well. The current lease runs until the end of July. At that point, the subletter will have the option to join the lease for the next year. The total monthly cost, including all utilites and Wi-Fi, is $960.
