Tenant requirements Has solid work references Clean and tidy, and respectful of others Non- smoker Has a reference from prior / current landlord Move-in deposit : Last month rent + refundable security deposit (half month rent ) Application fee $50. If you go through Zillow, I believe it is $29. Owner pays garbage service. Tenant pays water, electricity and internet. (no gas) Utility runs approximate $70 (summer season) to $100 (winter season) Internet : $30 flat rate Non smoking inside and street parking. Laundry is shared with other tenants in separate unit.
