No. This is Garbage/Trash/Junk/Debris/Rubbish/Scrap/Basura etc. This is basically a lot with impact fees paid, well and septic (which may or may not be working) with a trailer that is good for scrap metal only. It has to be removed / disposed / scrapped within the month as there is a code violation from the City of Fort Myers. However, this will allow someone to put a new manufactured/mobile home on the site without having to spend money on impact fees, and possibly not well and/or septic.
