Only items that have been updated since being built is the furnace, air conditioner, water heater all around 2016, (full bathroom 1978?), carpet (1980?), oven and stoves (1975?), insulation 2019. The floors, kitchen, throughout the house need replacement, some of the windows are cracked. Breezeway, needs to be updated and is not heated. Basement windows leak (one water pours through when there is heavy rain, or run off from snow melting. Driveway is old and cracked. Landscaping needs total updating. Electricity in the house needs to be updated, as most is original from 1956. Doors need to be replaced as well.
