Because I got it on a special, its only $1650. You will not find a cheaper apartment literally walking to the metro like this one. There is a $250 application fee at the Leasing office to move the lease from me to you, and its done! My lease ends in May 30th, so its up to you to extend.I don't think you have to have a good-perfect credit to move in, but it may increase your move-in retention.
