It is an older 10 room house that desperately needs work. The plumbing and electricity need to be updated, the roof has some minor leaks and 3 years ago a tree fell and knocked a hole in the den roof. I paid $7,000.00 to fix the structural damage and have a new roof put on the den. It now needs to have the drywall done, then painted and carpet put down over the concrete floor. It also has some other smaller issues. I haven't had the money to have all the old roof remains removed from the backyard area, which is a mess. It is a great house, well built and solid. I am on disability and due to a broken back, I am unable do the work we need.
