One space flows into the next, making this a relaxing get-away spot. The cottage sleeps two comfortably but a child could share as there is a queen and a twin bed. Please note that the space is open concept and sleeping and living spaces are open to each other. The open concept and vaulted ceiling help make this space feel even larger than the 850+ sq feet. The cottage is in walking distance to historic downtown Bozeman, Montana State University, and the Museum of the Rockies (each 10 mins.). Close drive to Bozeman Deaconess. There are stunning walking trails nearby, along with parks, restaurants of all sorts, and ice cream and sandwich shops. Off street parking for one vehicle included. Move out clean fee $200/one month or $280/multi month move out. Cottage will be completely sanitized between renters. Pets accepted on a case by case basis with monthly fee. Please inquire. Pet Cleaning Fee additional $150. Monthly rental available through May 2025. Included: electric, water, sewer, trash, recycling, wifi, smart tv. Beautiful Danish wood burning stove in living space.
