Location: East Oak Hills About 1 mile from I-15 and Highway 395 Peaceful, farm-style country living House Guidelines Bathroom Please use single-ply toilet paper only to help protect the septic. Only flush toilet paper. Please place wipes, paper towels, feminine products, and other items in the trash. If you shower, please use the bathroom fan and leave it on for about 15 20 minutes afterward to help prevent moisture buildup. If you notice a leak or anything that isn't working properly, just let me know as soon as you can. Laundry Your rental includes up to three loads of laundry per week. Please clean the lint trap after each dryer load. Use only the recommended amount of detergent to help keep the machines running well. If there's ever an issue with the washer or dryer, please let me know. Kitchen Please don't pour grease or cooking oil down the sink, as it can clog the plumbing. Always use the sink strainer to catch food scraps, and empty it into the trash when you're finished. Your Space Please don't make holes in the walls. To help protect the paint and drywall, please don't use sticky tape, adhesive hooks, or mounting strips unless we've discussed it first. Feel free to make the space your own in ways that won't damage the room. Please keep your room reasonably clean and let me know if anything needs attention. Guests Friends and family are welcome to visit occasionally. If you'd like to have an overnight guest, please check with me first. Please be mindful of noise, especially during the evening and early morning hours. You're responsible for your guests while they're visiting. Shared Home Please lock doors and windows when you leave. Turn off lights, fans, and other appliances when they're not in use. Smoking or vaping isn't allowed inside the home. If something gets damaged or needs repair, just let me know promptly so we can take care of it before it becomes a bigger problem.
