Spacious enough that six grown ups can sit comfortable. New 65 inch TV which the swivel chairs can be turned against. The screened balcony has a 3 seater rotting sofa with 4 matching swivel chairs. And a big table. Also very comfortable seating for six adults here. The balcony is spacious, and has a lovely, and much appreciated shade from the olive tree outside the building. There is also a ceiling fan outside as well as inside. Kitchen with all amenities. The garage includes six brand new bicycles and one small bike for 7-10 years old. Six new Tommy Bahama beach chairs. The garage is available to use freely. Parking spot right in front of the garage. Very nice and quiet area, it is so clean and well maintained. Great for walking and biking. Short biking distance to Texas Roadhouse, Starbucks, Millers ale house, Publix and more, so you can take a evening trip on the bike to get something to eat, which we highly recommend. Lely resort public golf courses is nearby, and no membership is required here at Mustang golfclub and Flamingo golfclub. The view from the balcony is actually looking out on the golf course. Nice shared pool with hot tub. Hours from dusk to dawn. The condo is equipped with two small Igloo and one slightly bigger Igloo hardcase cooling bags. In the garage there is some sportstuff like tennis rackets, football, soccerball, basketball etc. for you to freely use. Very good place for "snowbirds" with enough space to have their family visit.
