Property will probably be put on the market toward the end of the lease, renter must be willing to provide access to prospective buyers with 24 hour's notice. Renter is responsible for monthly power bills, also must fill propane tank at the end of each month and leave at the end of the lease with the tank full. Internet service is handled by the renter. Owner pays monthly water bill, so $30 is added to the rent to reimburse for this cost. Smoking inside the home is not allowed. Renter can have pets that are kept outside, no pets are allowed inside.
