With great light and some fun details, it's an historic home with essential contemporary updates. There are two bedrooms, but one is quite small and would be more appropriate for an office or guest bedroom (with twin bed). Large deck off the kitchen with French doors that allow you to take advantage of the view even when the weather is bad. Doors have integrated blinds for a clean look and privacy. Laundry is located off the kitchen and there is a washer/dryer that can stay with the house (2 years old). Kitchen has lots of cabinet space and a vintage glass-fronted cabinet on one wall as well as a bar-height counter for eating or food prep. Fully fenced back yard with professionally built chicken coop, shade trees, large frog pond and sunny garden spaces. We do accept some pets but do require a pet deposit. Accessible attic is available for storage, but is not heated/cooled. You will need to get your own chickens. This house was extensively renovated in Summer 2024.
