Owner recently replaced all of the carpet throughout the house. Owner would prefer no pets or smokers. Seeking a long-term tenant that will take care of the home. Section 8 will not be accepted. When you move in, tenant must pay the first month's rent ($975) and one month's rent ($975) as a deposit for a total of $1,950. Tenant to pay all utilities. No smokers. Tenant to pay the monthly rent via an automatic payment through Google Pay, Zelle, Paypal, or a similar service.
