It has a full-sized futon that has a new memory foam mattress that's super comfortable for guests or as a regular bedroom. -We have a large yard and a lovely screened-in- porch to sit and relax in. -It's central to everything: 5 minutes to downtown Fayetteville and 3 minutes drive to main roads that connect to amenities and local hospitals. -Mazarick Park is close by (4-minute drive) and has a multi-purpose park featuring a Disc Golf Course, picnic shelters, a playground, and trails. Tennis courts and a baseball field are available for a quick game, along with fishing in the lake. -There are so many birds and squirrels in our yard and neighborhood, that it's easy to just sit and watch/ listen to them for hours on end if you want to.
