Front porch, car port and two back patios (one furnished, one empty), large back yard, deep freeze in garage, charcoal grill. Screen doors, ceiling fans, Gas fireplace. TV and stereo + record player. Central air, dish washer, washer dryer. Baby/toddler equipment, crib, toys, books available. (Lots!) But will be stored if not needed. Living room and den. Existing bedrooms have full-sized beds and we have a twin in the attic that can be brought out. Closets and dressers, desks and some book shelves will be cleared out. But no other storage is available unless you don't need all of the bedrooms. House will be deep-cleaned before move-in. Tenants will care for indoor plants and potted outdoor plants. House will be less cluttered than pictured, fragile items stored but all furniture and decor will remain. **Full rental process: application, lease, rent collection, will be done through Zillow** Owners pays some utilities. Preferred end date Dec 1 (negotiable). Deep clean required upon move-out. Lawn Care negotiable. No long-term guests. All renters must fill out an application and be on the lease. 3 month minimum commitment. No Cats. Small-Medium Dogs considered. No Undergrads.
