Hi everyone! Our nice 2 bedroom/1 bath townhouse is available now. (We moved to a bigger place, because our family is "growing".) It is at Louise Circle and is managed by Trinity Properties. It has 780sqft. You can - take over our current lease / sublease until end of May for $778/mo. - rent for longer for ~$815/mo. We are looking for someone to take the apartment as soon as possible, in particular, *before* end of May. Location: Louise Circle is right next to west campus, you can't live closer! The apartment complex ("Poplar West") is next to a bus stop of LL and 11. You can walk to the next grocery store (Kroger 15 minutes) and walk to west campus (5-10 minutes). Experience: We have been here for 1.5 years and NEVER had any issues with maintenance (fast and friendly) or security. Also, our townhouse is on the inner circle of the apartment complex and very safe! We really like this location and would not give it up if we could have had just 1 or 2 more rooms. It's great and safe, especially nice if you have kids.
