Washer and dryer in unit, as well as dishwasher and microwave. You must like cats because I have one, he's really friendly. I work for the airlines, so I'm gone a lot. 15 minute drive to O'Hare, 5 minutes from Schaumburg, 25 minutes to downtown (no traffic). Very clean here, would prefer someone who also is clean. I'm offering a 6 month or 12 month lease. You'll have your own parking spot in parking lot (no charge).
