Washer and dryer are in the basement, parking is available. house is 3 minutes from laurel town center and 1 minute from regal Cinemas. NOTE! only serious-minded people should contact me. water is included in the lease; we share light bills at the end of the month or when the bills come. Due to some past experience, I am only open to single or single mother with no more than 1 child between age 25-35 mostly Africans.
