The house is also equipped with central heat and air controlled by a nest and has a Ring Camera for added security. Property has a quaint backyard patio with a jacuzzi, firepit, bbq and a lovely shaded outdoor living/sitting area. There is also a prosperous Meyer lemon tree great for shade and lemons. In the garage is a Pelaton and an Elliptical as well as a second full-size refrigerator. For added convenience, the laundry is upstairs with the bedrooms.
