Cats and dogs are welcome. Up to 2 cats are allowed with a deposit of $675 and no monthly pet rent. Up to 2 dogs with a combined weight of 50 pounds allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit of $350 + $40/month in pet rent per dog (some breed restrictions apply).
