Near Fair grounds location and perfect for retired couple. No, it doesn't have to be a senior; it's just that this is really a nice residence for a senior citizen(s). I have attached photos of the townhouse which is available within the next 30 days (non-smokers only). It is in the general area west of the Idaho State Fairgrounds on a cul-de-sac. It is 2 bed/2 bath, just under 1500 sq. feet, with a two-car garage with lots of shelves for storage. It has a nearly maintenance-free back yard (probably 16x50 feet), with a little garden area. The majority of the residents on the street are seniors. It is $1,125 a month for a person with outstanding credit (Zillow said it was $1,250 until I listed it at this amount, and then Zillow changed it), along with a security deposit which will be between one and two months rent, depending upon credit and references. Minimum one year lease required. With this great floor plan and 2-car garage with storage...not sure why one would want an apartment. The house is not stand alone, but in the middle of two similar units. So, the backyard is fenced but completely surrounded by other units, which actually makes for a more secure feeling (and lower utilities). The front lawn is cared for by the homeowners' association. However, the renter will have some weeding to do. The carpet is like new, so pets are not desired, as that is the reason it had to be replaced. A small pet might be considered for Zillow current rental market value and longer lease. There will be a fee for credit and background checks, so if you have a problem in those areas, probably better to take a pass. If you are a scammer, do not waste both of our time.
