The room that is up for grabs is the 2nd bedroom(furnished) that includes your own closet, its own private patio, and access to a bathroom. The unit comes with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances for the kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. The complex was built in 2012 and is maintained very well. If you have a car there is a driveway and street parking readily available. The rent would be ~$1100/mnth, utilities will be an additional $150/mnth. The room is available in March 2026 and I am flexible with the lease term. Must be able to stay till the end of the lease. I will require one months rent as a security deposit that will be returned to you at the end of our agreed upon lease term. Close by there is: Greenbelt Marc Train across the street(Travel time to BWI is 30min; Travel time to Union Station in DC is 25min) Greenbelt Metro is 7min away Beltway Plaza Mall is 2min away University of Maryland is 6min away Looking to start with a 6month lease, with the potential for an extension if we are both comfortable.
