This rental comes with the fridge, pest control and lawn service. Fiber was just added to the neighborhood, my house is on the corner so only 1 neighbor, near the swimming pool, park and basketball courts NO smoking or vaping will be allowed inside or near my property. If you are a smoker or someone that vapes, please do not apply. I am highly sensitive to the smells and this is my home. Well behaved pets can stay, if they are destructive, dig or bark a lot, you will be asked to remove them from the property. absolutely NO outside pets will be allowed. The house has a two car garage and a driveway that allows two cars. You cannot park in front of the house as it is a corner house. There is plenty of room for vehicles between the garage and driveway. Utility costs for this house are very affordable as the house is only 4 yrs old. My electric bill has never been over $175, my water/gas bill is consistent around $50-$60. You will need to pay for the trash pick up. Other things you may/will need is cable and internet. We now have fiber available if you prefer that. Pest control and lawn service is included. I will ask my pest control to come in the house on occasion to spray (maybe 2-3 times within the year) please allow access when they are scheduled to come over. The lawn service is to keep the front and back yard mowed. You can plant flowers or whatever but you will be responsible to maintain them if so. The AC unit will need to have the filter changed out but it is only every 6 months so you would need to change it two times in a year lease. I will require rental history, credit check and background checks to rent my property. You can apply with two people but each person has to be able to provide pay stubs to show they can pay the rent by themselves.
