House Policies & Expectations To keep our home calm, safe, and family-friendly, please review and agree to the following: No Smoking or Vaping Indoors Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house or on the balcony. If you smoke, you must do so at least 25 feet away from the property and dispose of waste properly. No Alcohol or Substance Use in the Home This is an alcohol-free, substance-free household to maintain a healthy and safe environment for everyone especially my toddler. No Pets or Animals Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate animals of any kind. No Overnight Guests To maintain privacy, safety, and consistency for everyone in the home, overnight guests are not permitted. Family-Friendly Environment This is a peaceful, kid-friendly home. Please be comfortable with a toddler's natural energy and respectful of nap time (3 4 PM) and bedtime (after 9 PM) quiet hours. Cleanliness & Respect Each person is responsible for keeping shared areas (kitchen, bathroom, hallway) clean and tidy after use. Please treat the home as your own and communicate any issues promptly. Noise & Courtesy No loud music, parties, or disruptions. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM daily.
