Requirements to rent; No smoking. No pets. Applicant MUST have Two (2) years of good rental history. Must make at least 2.5 times the monthly rental amount If you need a Co-Signer the Co-Signer must make at-least 5x the monthly rental amount to qualify as co signer No Evictions or Landlord Collections of any kind No Bankruptcies unless they have been discharged Good Credit - if you have more than 5 negatives - we could accept (as long as no utilities, cable etc) with a 2.5 higher Security Deposit. If we go with a co-signor - they would also have to fill out an application and apply. $35 Application Fee for each Adult over 18 & $100 Holding Fee which is applied to Security Deposit upon approval.
